RETURNS POLICY
Returns accepted within 14 days if the item is faulty or has been mis-sold. Please post items back in the same condition that they were received along with the invoice sent. Refunds will be issued when the returned item arrives with us. Item cost and postage will be refunded, however, postage for sending items back will only be refunded when the item is confirmed as faulty or mis-sold on its return.
All clothing item descriptions include our own in house measurements as label sizes do not conform to a standard scale and can vary from brand to brand. Please carefully view sizes before purchasing as return postage will only be refunded if the item was incorrectly measured by ourselves.

Postage prices are as follows:

Domestic orders exceeding £50 - Free

Store pick ups are also available at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.

No customer information is disclosed or distributed to any third parties except when part of a service provided to customers - e.g. arranging the delivery of orders or taking payments through a secure platform.
We do not hold payment or banking details for any reason as we use third party payment gateways such as paypal to handle transactions on our behalf.
We will only use your contact details to inform you of updates to your orders or in response to any queries that you may have requested.
